Bear Spring ‘Retreat’ means to withdraw into nature and reconnect with the natural world. If you’re looking for an outdoor experience that you can enjoy with all the comforts of home, this is the place.

Choose from one of 6 walk-in glamping sites.  It’s a short 2 minute walk up to your canvas Stargazer tent featuring romantic skylights. Gaze at stars from the comfort of bed. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of crickets with gentle breezes caressing your face. Wake up to the sweet fragrance of cedar forests, enjoy a leisurely cup of fresh ground coffee onsite, taste food picked fresh from the guest gardens and take in the sweeping views of the surrounding mountains.

The unique canvas tents are furnished and include one pillow top queen bed or two twin beds, natural cotton bedding and solar powered lighting. Children welcome. Camp kitchen, firepit stocked with wood, hot shower and flush toilets are only steps away.

Tenting is offered in the spring and late-fall for $40 / night.  Enjoy all the amenities but be sure to bring your own tent and bedding. No RVs, trailers or pets. Tents welcome, walk-in only. Choose between deck or gravel pad.

Enjoy all the amenities that the property has to offer but sleep under a roof with a bathroom just down the hallway. The self-contained guest suite sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms each with a queen bed.

The mostly off-grid, 300 acre, eco-friendly property includes:

• a beautiful barn converted to event venue (accommodating up to 60 people)
• outdoor shower with on-demand hot water
• manicured lawn spaces, food forest and edible gardens for guest use
• hiking, biking, snowshoeing or skiing on maintained trails
• lovely peony farm (in full bloom end of June)
• camp kitchen with all the equipment and dishes needed to prepare and eat meals (bbq, griddle, propane stove, fridge)
• communal firepit stocked with firewood
