In 2007, owners Petra Flaa and Bob Johnson, embraced a bold vision, transforming 6.4 hectares into the thriving Baillie-Grohman vineyard. Overseeing 2.4 hectares, first planted in 2005, this area cultivates exquisite Germanic, Chardonnay Pinot Grigio, and Schönburger vines. Their newest project is the St. Augustine Vineyard, planted in 2020, that produces remarkable Pinot Noir 115, 667 & 777, as well as iconic Chardonnay.
They pride themselves in cultivating top-tier grapes to create artisanal wines encapsulating the distinct terroir. They have rightfully earned their status as an ‘Estate Winery’, passionately crafting around 4,500 cases annually.
