Camp Moose Trail

Conveniently located approximately 20 minutes west of Golden.

Camp Moose Trail is more than just a place to rest your head – get ready for a truly unique experience.  Cozy up in a heated, private tent, cook a delicious meal, soak in the hot tub and share stories around the camp fire.

Amenities are as follows; Tents include:

• linens, pillows, sleeping bags, blankets and duvets
• chairs and coat rack
• wood stove.

The Campground includes:

• fully-equipped kitchen facilities
• cooking and eating utensils
• outdoor stone pizza oven
• bear proof bins for food storage
• fire pit and firewood
• cedar wood burning hot tub
• seasonal shower
• pit toilet
• lawn games.

Once you’ve parked, you will be required to walk about 200 meters to the camp on a trail of varying terrain.

Golden and area is a renowned adventure lover’s paradise.  So, there is unlimited opportunities for running, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and skiing & sledding in the winter.
