Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre offers 33 km (21 mi) of world-class cross-country skiing track set for both classic and skate skiing, groomed with snowmobiles and a Bombardier 400 Snow Cat.
This cross-country skiing mecca welcomes all skiers at the day-use chalet to help you get oriented, pay your trail fee, sign in and pick up your trail map.
The high elevation of the Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre, located next to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, guarantees excellent snow conditions, from early to late in the season.
Choose your own adventure from the gentle beginner loops that include flats and some rolling hills to the more stamina-testing outer loops with challenging uphills and exciting downhills. All ski trails come with extraordinary mountain wilderness vistas.
The beautiful geothermal heated Dawn Mountain Chalet is complete with a rental shop, seating, kitchen, baby change area and bathrooms.
