Surrounded by 6 national and provincial parks, the town of Golden is set between the Canadian Rockies and Purcell mountain ranges, and at the confluence of two heritage rivers: the Kicking Horse and the Columbia.
Renowned for outdoor recreation, Golden offers an authentic mountain biking adventure.
Moonraker Trails offers something for everyone with classic fast, flowy, single track riding with outstanding views. The system has lots of technical sections, but also many intermediate and some easy sections.
The CBT Trails offer an approach to the Monraker system and can be reached within a 10 minute pedal from the downtown Spirit Square. The excellent quality of riding make these trails the go-to spot for rides lasting from 30 minutes to several hours.
