Kootenai Hideaway cottage is located at 9530 Cowan Road, Kaslo.

This 650 sq ft cedar cabin is nestled in a mature forest alongside a lovely creek.
There is also 200 feet of private lake frontage which consists of mainly small, smooth, flat pebbles. The cabin is located near the end of a no-thru road and situated well away from the main road.

At the beach, there is:

firepit with firewood supplied
hammock
tenting spots
horseshoe pit
fishing opportunities.

Open year-round.
Pets welcome on approval.

one queen bed

Nestled at the end of a quiet no-thru road – it is located at the sheltered Queens Bay which as the warmest water on Kootenay Lake, and just north of the Balfour Ferry terminal. Spend your days at the beach with the swim dock and campfire, or explore the area.
