Once the home of Rossland’s Dairy, the Red Barn Lodge is well situated for its new role of providing a convenient base for summer and winter outdoor adventures.
Accommodation includes The Guesthouse which consists of 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. Amenities include well-equipped kitchen, lounge with VCR, DVD, TV, stereo, WiFi, linens & towels.
Bed & breakfast rooms are located in the home. The rooms have either a private or ensuite bathroom, in-floor heating, TV, WiFi.
Wilderness starts at the lodge’s backdoor and spectacular views of Red Mountain and Mount Roberts are offered from the front. Trails lead from the property for ski touring, snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking opportunities. Many paths wind through the surrounding British Columbia Interior Cedar-Hemlock forest. The Trans-Canada Trail is also nearby.
Golf packages are also offered; a choice of six courses with priority tee off times.
On 7 acres of private grounds. Kids love all the space for sledding and building snow sculptures in winter and the in-ground pool is popular in the summer.
Its central location is within walking distance of Rossland’s downtown, which includes great restaurants and stores. The property is also only a five minute drive to Red Mountain Ski Resort and the Blackjack cross-country ski trails.
