Creston’s winery, Red Bird makes small lot wines that reflect the Terroir of the Kootenays – clean, crisp and fresh.

Gewurztraminer
Handpicked, gently handled, 100% stainless steel fermentation and aging. Straw yellow colour. Pear, lychee, honeydew and light floral notes. Grapefruit on the finish. Fresh! Grapes grown at Cardinal Vineyards in the Creston Valley.

Pinot Gris
Light, crisp and fresh. Mineral and green apple. Perfect for really hot days in the Kootenays. Very fresh and refreshing. Serve chilled.
