Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club

The Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club has been offering nordic skiing since 1891.

The club maintains a system of ski trails in the Mount Macpherson Recreation Area. The trailhead is 7 km (4 mi) south of Revelstoke on Highway 23, at an elevation of about 640 metres.

There are 30 kilometres (19 mi) of groomed trail of which are lit for night skiing. All trails are set for both classic and skating techniques. The best trails for skating are: Mickey Olson Loop, Easy Als, Glen’s Glide and Main Loop.

Indoor toilets, located on the bottom floor of the lodge, are open during business hours. For after hours, there is a pit toilet at treeline in the stadium off the parking lot and by the Ole Sandberg Cabin.

Programs and lessons are offered.

Dogs are only permitted on the dog trail and must be leashed in the parking lot at all times and for the first 200 m (200 yards) of the dog trail – going and returning. Please refer to the dog policy before coming to visit with canine friends.
