Arrow Lakes Park

The Shelter Bay Campground is one of four small sites alongside the west shore of the Upper Arrow Lake near the ferry landing 50 kilometres (30 mi) south of Revelstoke along Highway #23.

As a primary recreational park, visitors will enjoy the good fishing at this most northern boat launch access on the Arrow Lakes.  Upper and Lower Arrow Lakes are a widening of the Columbia River and lie between the Selkirk Mountains on the east and the Monashee Mountains on the west.

Water-oriented activities dominate the scene and angling for kokanee, Dolly Varden and rainbow trout is a popular.

This provincial park offers 17 vehicle accessible campsites, a boat launch and a beach.

The Park is open year round unless inaccessible due to weather conditions and the campground is open from May to late-September.
