Laundromat or Art Gallery? This art gallery is located in the revitalized downtown pedestrian area of BC’s Best Small Town: Kimberley. Since the building housed laundry facilities for approximately 50 years, it was decided to keep calling it “The Laundromat” with a little not to Andy Warhol’s studio “The Factory”, hence the pop-art logo design.
Art Gallery Kimberley features original fine, functional and decorative art by Canadian artists while specializing in nature, wildlife and small-town living. They believe that art is for everyone; the art experience at Art Gallery Kimberley is easygoing, entertaining and essential. Also, it’s more fun than doing laundry!
