Wildstone Golf Course

The newest star in the Kootenay Rockies golfing landscape is Wildstone. Routed atop a rolling, pine-covered scenic rise directly above Cranbrook, Wildstone is Gary Player’s first and only Canadian design (2011). With over 300 courses constructed worldwide, the design expertise and attention to detail on every hole is impressive! The layout simply has it all and finishes with one of the best closing runs in the province. With massive greens, gorgeous bunkering and tour-calibre playing conditions, it’s no surprise that people are going ‘wild’ for Wildstone!

As well as an immaculate golf course, Wildstone features one of the best practice facilities anywhere; a fully-stocked pro shop, a clubhouse and restaurant that caters to the food and beverage needs of golfers and a friendly attentive staff that go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

And, with a mandate to grow the game of golf, their CPGA staff have exceptional instructional backgrounds.  Lesson programs are offered from basic fundamentals for beginners to fine tuning for those looking to constantly improve their game.

Restaurants
The licensed clubhouse is open every day and serves sandwiches, lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is much like a small cafe. The large wraparound deck is lovely for drinks after your game.  The Snack Shack sees all golfers at they come through the turn after the 9th hole. It serves tasty hot dogs, smokies, homemade sandwiches and a variety of refreshments. Wildstone also offers a licensed Event Tent available for group functions, tournaments and socials.
