This museum consists of six buildings furnished with pioneer artifacts. The centrepiece is a fine old log CPR station rescued from demolition by the District Historical Society.
Visit soon to explore heritage buildings, view outside exhibits and enjoy grassy shaded grounds with beautiful views of Windermere Lake, the Columbia River and mountains beyond.
The museum also houses an extensive photographic collection that may be of interest to researchers and the general public.
